I strive to help people heal their ailments, alleviate depression, reduce stress, improve sleep, boost immune function, and enhance lifestyles by activating the natural self-healing system and rebalancing through massage, yoga, and reiki. 

Each massage session is tailored to the meet the needs of the individual on that day. Each session includes a variety of modalities and a thorough intake and outtake process. During the intake you will get a complimentary foot soak while we go over your session plan. 

Swedish Massage 
Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints. This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and aims to relieve muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage 
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It helps release chronic patterns of tension in the body.

Trigger Point Therapy 
Trigger point therapy is a type of massage designed to trigger point pain in specific areas of the body. These points, also called knots, are usually located in muscle tissue and can cause pain when they become irritated or inflamed.

Red Light Therapy 
A red light lamp is used to warm up the muscles and bring blood circulation to areas of the body before massage techniques are used. 

Aromatherapy 
Aromatherapy is used with every session and is tailored to the individual and their preferred scent for the session. 

Hot Towels 
Hot towels are used on the back and on the feet.
