Hi, I'm Bianca.

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, bodywork practitioner, and lifelong believer that how we care for ourselves today shapes the quality of our lives tomorrow.

A recent trip to Italy reminded me just how important strength, mobility, recovery, and self-care really are. It inspired me to expand my mission beyond helping people feel better for an hour—I want to help people continue doing the things they love for years to come.

Whether that's traveling, playing golf, gardening, walking the dog, keeping up with grandchildren, or simply moving through daily life with greater ease, I believe our bodies deserve consistent care and attention.

Through therapeutic massage and bodywork, I help reduce pain, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and support the body's natural ability to heal.

Originally from Brazil, I've called Jupiter, Florida home since 2000. My approach combines therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and other gentle bodywork techniques to create treatments tailored to each person's needs.
