About Balanced Bodywork

Balanced Bodywork is a Sports Massage office nestled inside Austin Jackson's apartment in Brooklyn. Austin is a movement enthusiast who earned his degree in massage therapy from Pacific College of Health and Science in New York. He is a massage therapist as well as a registered yoga instructor with a focus in breathwork, meditation, and restorative yoga. He is a sincere and caring individual who appreciates any opportunity to provide meaningful work and see folks move through the world a little easier.
