Autumn Equinox Special

With over 20 plus years of experience working alongside Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Herbalists and Yoga Instructors I’ve learned many things over the years and love sharing the knowledge with my clients!

I am proficient in many massage styles (modalities)

• Deep Tissue- applying deep pressure to the tight muscles.
• Sports Massage- deep tissue with range of motion.
• Connective tissue- very light touch.
• Myofascial Release(John Barns)- very light touch.
• Cranial Sacral(John Barns)- slightly firmer approach.
• Trigger point- pressure on 1 area and it refers pain to another area.
• Pressure point- pressure on 1 area and only that spot.
• Relaxation- simply that, relaxing with very little discomfort.
• Pre/Post-Natal- Very much catered to the client with very light work and no point work. Deep tissue and point work could induce labor.
• Cupping Therapy- skilled in a variety of techniques to accommodate your situation aiding the myofascial tissue to release.

I’m also able to mix Muscle work with Reiki, Tibetan singing bowls (sound healing student), aromatherapy, crystal Therapy and oracle reading in a session.

I’ve been a Reiki  teacher/mentor for 7 years. I trained at Rising Sun Reiki Studios.

I’m empathic and see and hear spirit, these are my gifts. During a session, your energy will release what it’s ready to. Nothing is forced. Reiki works with intuition using ethics and integrity and I uphold these in my sessions. I also keep working to understand the intuitive gifts within myself. My goal is to do the same for others, as you are ready.
