Ashiatsu, which translates to “foot pressure” in Japanese, is a form of massage therapy where the practitioner uses their feet to apply deep, broad pressure to the client’s body. This method provides consistent, oblique pressure for effective myofascial therapy. Emphasizing the use of feet as highly effective tools, we celebrate their broad and densely innervated surfaces.

Larken has been in the bodywork business for over 10 years. She has a background in kinesiology and went to school for massage therapy focusing in sports massage and Thai Massage. She also specializes in holisic skincare, using eastern techniques to keep you glowing! Whether you're a seasoned local looking for maintenance care, spent too much time on the mountain and now need recovery care, or are just here on vacation and need to relax Larken can tailor a treatment that will be perfect for you!

Currently Larken offers in office massage appointments either on the table or the mat! Table massage includes Swedish, Ashiatsu, sports, table Thai, deep tissue and CBD or cupping upgrades. Krystal is both a great Massage therapist and a great person!! she is very professional and extremely friendly and nice! I would recommend her to anyone I know or talk to! I had shoulder surgery in April and I’ve been going to Krystal consistently since the beginning of June and it has done wonders and has progressed my recovery significantly!
