About Avalon Massage Collective

Sarah Suddarth, LMT specializes in sciatic & low back pain, shoulder & neck tension, and headache relief. She customizes each service to bring maximum pain relief and relaxation to each client. Massages include relaxation techniques, deep tissue, heat therapy, cupping, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release as needed. She is also a pregnancy (prenatal & postpartum) care specialist.
