Here's how your time unfolds: Settle in (about 10 minutes): Start with a warm, Fall-inspired herbal tea while you arrive and let the day fall away. Your 75-minute massage, including two of my favorite add-ons: Face, head, and neck lymphatic drainage with face massage: a gentle, rhythmic treatment for the areas where we hold so much tension. Hot stone foot massage with luxurious oils: warm, grounding, and deeply soothing. Ease back in (about 5 minutes): No rushing off the table. Take a few extra moments to rest, breathe, and get ready to return to your day.
