A two-hour massage with Nancy is an immersive, full-body wellness experience designed to allow your body and mind to completely unwind. During a 120-minute session, there is ample time to address areas of chronic tension while still providing a deeply relaxing, head-to-toe treatment. The massage may include: Focused work on the neck, shoulders, and upper back to relieve stress and tension. Detailed attention to the lower back, hips, and glutes to ease stiffness and improve mobility. Therapeutic work on the legs and feet to reduce fatigue and promote circulation. Massage of the arms and hands to relieve muscle tightness from daily activities. Optional scalp, face, and jaw massage to encourage deep relaxation and reduce stress. Gentle stretching techniques to improve flexibility and range of motion. Unlike shorter sessions, a two-hour massage allows the therapist to work more thoroughly without rushing, giving extra attention to problem areas while still providing a complete full-body treatment. Many clients report feeling lighter, less tense, and more balanced afterward, with reduced muscle soreness, improved circulation, and a profound sense of calm. Elliot was wonderful! I have spinal injuries, arthritis, bursitis in 3 spots right now and horrible inflammation. Not an easy task to take on. And it had been almost 6 months since my last massage so Elliot has his work cut out of him. But boy did he deliver!!!!. He asked the right questions and was excellent at listening to my body to what it needed. He has a very calming and relaxing energy which makes the experience a hundred times better. The perfect mix of what I needed. I left feeling better than I have in a while. Can’t wait to work with him again!!
