About Altruist - Nurturing Birth & Body

I absolutely love what I do!! I have been a massage therapist since 2005 working in both high end luxury spas as well as medical massage for a doctor. I became a birth doula in 2018 shortly after my daughter was born, I loved having a doula and couldn’t wait to be that person for others. The deeper I get into my career the more passionate I become. Every year I expand my specialties (so be sure to check back).  I love supporting families as they grow, while helping others heal and feel their best. I am so blessed to have found what truly feeds my soul. 

Being a doula means I work with a lot of pregnant moms but that is not all I do, I also specialize in trigger point work and dynamic cupping to find the root cause of issues that are causing you pain or help with healing from injuries or ...
