I had a wonderful 60-minute myofascial release session with Linda Silva. She took the time to review my intake and talk in depth about my history and the imbalance I often feel in my pelvis. Her studio is clean, welcoming, and professional, and it’s clear she approaches her work with care and experience. I felt noticeably more balanced after just one session, and could tell that real change was happening. This wasn’t my first MFR session, but it was my first with Linda—and I’ll definitely be returning. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and the way I felt afterward.

Her curiosity, deep listening, follow up questions, and the creation of an environment where one can relax into the treatment. Linda's room is so comfy and cozy. I love how she can tune into my.body and melt my.stress away. I'm not exactly sure what she does but it works like magic. Linda is down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable. ❤
