About A B Massage Therapy

I started A B Massage Therapy to help facilitate body and mind healing. With a strong background in anatomy and an innate ability to create peaceful presence, my custom treatments can range from therapeutic to full relaxation or anywhere in between.  

Direct benefits of massage, backed by empirical data include: 

  • Increased circulation, lymphatic drainage, production of oxytocin, and nutrient exchange
  • Decreased cortisol, tension in muscle and connective tissues, pain, and stress 

I provide Swedish (relaxing and flowing) massage as well as Deep Tissue (therapeutic and rehabilitating) treatments. There is also the option of adding on cupping, hot stones, and aromatherapy.

I'm located inside Theo Salon Suites & Collective in Aurora, at the intersection of S Jordan Rd. and Arapahoe Rd.

Fantastic massage. Hannah asked about any areas that could use some work and gave a fantastic theraputic massage. I left feeling noticeably lighter and more relaxed. She would find various points of tension and work them out without undue pressure or pain and has a wonderful personality that made the entire experience wonderful.

Hannah knows how to make you feel comfortable on her table. She checks in on the pressure & focuses on areas that you need, she can go either deep to loosen up the tightness or lighter for a relaxing experience. She is very knowledgeable & explains the muscle groups that she is working on. She is also very nice & easy to talk to about your concerns. Iā€™d like to book again soon.
