I have worked twice with Karma (and will continue to do so) for help in managing perimenopausal-related anxiety, as well as chronic pain from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Karma is incredibly knowledgeable and gifted in knowing how the body’s systems work and heal, and she has helped reduce and heal inflammation, chronic pain, and has helped calm my nervous system, which in turn has helped reduce my hormonal anxiety. She has also been incredibly helpful with teaching me methods to manage high cortisol levels related to perimenopause, as well as help with listening and trusting my body as it changes towards menopause. And I love her building space. It feels much like a cozy and comfortable nest, filled with peace and calm. Karma especially desires to bless educators, first responders, and members of the military, and offers discounts for these different community members. I would absolutely recommend Karma very highly!

Unlike many other massage therapists, Karma takes the time to find out not only what areas of your body are needing attention, but she also wants to know how you want to feel at the end of your session. She took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. I felt so relaxed and refreshed that I didn’t want the session to end! Her rates are reasonable and I was able to get an appointment that met my schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend Your Healthy Karma!

If I could give Karma more than 5 stars, I would! I’m recovering from a motor vehicle accident and the massages are integral to my healing. Karma is so incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, she answers my questions and explains things in a way that I understand. I highly recommend Your Healthy Karma!!
