Prenatal Massage Promo

At You Knead Me Maine, we offer medically based massage therapy ranging from pediatrics, through pregnancy, and beyond!  Our practice is owned and run by Mary Bolton, who has been licensed and practicing in the field for over 20 years. 

We utilize deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, advanced lymphatics work, and athletic sports massage treatments to address aches, pains, and everything else!  Our favorite massage to give is an integrative session which will combine all of these therapies to help alleviate stiffness, sore muscles, deep pain, and imbalance.  Most therapists utilize skills to move fluid and reduce tension.  Our sessions work to lengthen muscle, rebalance bone and organ systems, separate out tissues that feel sore already to improve function, and boost immunity.  A session with us is completely different and can encompass very deep techniques.  Special care is given to make sure you are comfortable at all times.  

We have an array of add on treatments including cupping, vibration plates, Graston, and red light therapy to help you recovery quicker.
