Of all the years of getting deep tissue massages, I've never experienced one like this. I wish I didn't have to prepay, It was not worth a tip. You manipulated my skeleton frame when you pushed down just under my neck I couldn't breath from the pressure and coughed, you were on your cell phone during my service, i know because you stopped and I looked up and you were facing the window texting, you left the room twice it was very disruptive. I filled out what I needed to work on, and you didn't even read it. towards the end of "massage" I was resisting you because it was very painful. When I got home, I had to take a shower because i was dripping in the massage oil you used and it stunk. I was in so much pain that I had to take 2 extra-strength Tylenol before bed, I had a horrible night's sleep because of pain. I have MS which you would've known had you read my questionnaire, pushing on my lower neck as hard as you did scared the crap out of me.
