If Wendy could find and dig for gold like she can find and work out the knots she'd be the richest woman in the world. When I started on my journey of physical rehabilitation I was in so much pain, practically bedridden and at my limit. Combining Wendy's services with the work of my physical therapist significantly expedited my recovery and after a lot of difficult work I can safely have hope that living a pain free life is possible. Wendy doesn't just do rote, routine massages. You can expect a customized experience based on where you hold your pain. She's great at finding it on her own but if you work with her and discuss as you're receiving the massage she can really help you find release and rebuild that mind-body connection. Wendy is the gold standard every massage therapist should strive to be more like.
