This was the first massage ever, and Val made me feel relaxed and at ease. On a day that I was struggling physically and mentally, Val made me feel like a new person. She addressed all of the areas that were bothering me, and relieved the stress that I was carrying throughout my body. I will absolutely be returning, and I am looking forward to my next session!
