About Well Rooted Massage Therapy PC Joan Maulella

Simply put, I love my work. As a Licensed Massage Therapist for 30 years I am blessed to be able to say this. While I have extensive training in Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Sports Massage, I also believe that massage supports the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual connection allowing for a stillness that is so hard to find in this fast paced world.And so, my massages take an integrative approach depending on your wants, balanced with what your body needs to heal on any level. My focus is to facilitate the body’s own healing mechanisms and leave you feeling more grounded, centered and well rooted in your body.
