Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, fully clothed approach using light, sustained touch to work with areas of tension and restriction throughout the body. Because each session can build on what we discover and how your body responds, a series lets you experience the work over time. As I continue practicing and refining these techniques before my next level of training, I’m offering a little extra savings for those who’d like to explore the work through multiple sessions. Available for 3- and 5-session Craniosacral Therapy series and must be used toward full Craniosacral sessions. Complete the series by April 2027.

Where Soul Meets Body offers therapeutic massage and somatic bodywork, rooted in trauma-informed care and nervous system support. Whether you need to unwind, want support calming your nervous system, are curious about Trauma Touch Therapy™, or just need a good old-fashioned deep tissue session (yes, “Susie Smash” still makes an appearance!), every session is customized to meet you where you’re at.
