Where Soul Meets Body offers therapeutic massage and somatic bodywork, rooted in trauma-informed care and nervous system support. Whether you need to unwind, want support calming your nervous system, are curious about Trauma Touch Therapy™, or just need a good old-fashioned deep tissue session (yes, “Susie Smash” still makes an appearance!), every session is customized to meet you where you’re at.

This is a space where your story is honored, your boundaries are respected, and your body is gently invited back into connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered on your healing journey—body, mind, and soul.
