Therapeutic Massage Therapy is a style of massage therapy which focuses on getting results vs. just relaxing.

Using this term indicates that the purpose of the massage is to achieve a structural change or therapeutic benefit in the body. It is style of treatment where massage therapists mobilize your soft tissue (muscles, tendons, fascia, etc) to restore normal functional use. 

You should expect to feel great long after your therapeutic massage session ends, instead of just relaxing for an hour.

When your body is under pressure, take a chance on you! You deserve self-care, at a high level! Which is why, after our massage sessions "We can only go up from here"! 

I will guide you with recommendations on things that I discover during your younique therapeutic massage. This will allow you to be mindful on how you felt before and after your massage, how you feel with your homework and YOUR consistency will play a HUGE part in your body's recovery! I am a firm believer that the body has the ability to heal itself! The more you know about how your body works, the better.
