I previously came from a long time therapist who left massage work, but she would have me on the table for 3 hours at a time, trying to work out the stress in my body. I received more stress relief, more open reception of touch and overall benefit from 60 minutes with Tina than I did in those 3 hour sessions. It really highlights that the right therapist and techniques for the right person make all the difference in outcomes! I have committed to weekly self care with Tongen Touch and I believe it will make the difference in the healing results I am desiring.
