Fascia Blasting

Fascia Blasting is a modality that utilizes special tools to assist the body with removing restrictions in the fascia. This can include, but is not limited to: restricted Range of Motion, pain, plantar fascitis, stretch marks, and even cellulite. In this service, I will use a special oil that is infused with arnica, essential oils and collagen, and various sized fascia blasters to "blast" the full body. This will help improve the look and health of your skin and encourage healthy lymph flow. This will then be followed up by using the Vibration Platform to further enhance the effects of the Fascia Blasting. The vibration platform stimulates your muscles in a pattern of rapid contraction and release. These micro-engagements improve tone and strength, encourage blood and lymph flow, can reduce cellulite, and increase your overall range of motion. It is recommended to blast at least 2x a week for best results.
