What I love most about my massages with Sarah is that it’s not about just the massage; rather, it’s about overall wellness. When something is bothering me, Sarah helps get to the root of the problem and then offers suggestions for me to do at home. For example, recently, I thought it was my lower back that was causing me discomfort and it was preventing me from being able to do certain workouts. Sarah helped me realize that it was actually my hip! She recommended hip mobility exercises, which I started incorporating into my regular workouts and I started to feel so much better! Additionally, I had gotten a heart device implanted about two and a half years ago. Sarah was very gentle with the massages while I was healing. She also helped me realize that my posture, especially on the left side where the device was put in, was in need of some help. My left shoulder was rolled forward because I was being very protective of that area. Sarah massaged the area to help open up that particular spot. For these reasons and many more, I highly recommend Sarah!! (but just to forewarn you….her massages may lull you into a relaxed slumber and she may have to wake you up when it’s time to go!)

I’ve been seeing Sarah for over a decade. She’s the best there is consistently love her salon. The ambience has made fall into sleep every time and my ailments are always addressed. My shoulder is feeling so much better for work now, after this.. I suggest you see Sarah or any of her staff for elite service.
