I became a Massage Therapist because I genuinely enjoy making YOU feel amazing!! 

If you are looking to feel better in long term, you came to the right place!! I help people who suffer from chronic pain due to injuries, postural ailments, and overworked muscles. My clientele consists of men and women who are working in front of a desk, post surgeries/injuries or who workout on a daily basis. I believe in the stretch and strength method by educating what muscles to strengthen and which ones to stretch.

Not only am I a Licensed Massage Therapist but I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a PiYo Live Instructor. I combine my knowledge of the human body movement system and massage. I find the techniques I use help clients feel better and longer. I also provide long term care to extend your massages so you feel better well after the massage has ended!!
