About Systemic Harmony

Marian Bernstein is highly skilled intuitive massage therapist who has been in practice for over twenty years. She graduated fromThe National Holistic Institute of Massage and Health Education in 2001. Additionally, she is certified in the Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Therapies, Pregnancy Massage and Mayan Spiritual Healing by Dr. Rosita Arvigo in both the rainforest of Belize and the United States. She has also completed study in Orthobionomy, Performance Lymphatic Drainage and Ampuku Psoas Release for relieving lower back and shoulder issues. Prior studies before a career in Massage include a Bachelor's Degree of Arts from Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, NY, studies in voice at Manhattan School of Music, Studies in Ecology and Environmental Science at SUNY Purchase, NY and a Maste... more

Marian is excellent. She is strong but knows which areas can take more pressure and which areas will be tender. Her sheets and blankets are very soft and warm. She makes the whole experience very relaxing.
