I have been a monthly massage subscriber for the last 3 years. When I started, the focus was knee and back pain. As time has moved on, my focus evolved and I found myself engaging in a weight loss and an exercise program. My focus over time has shifted from pain relief to overall physical and mental wellness. My monthly sessions with Jenny (who has been my unofficial wellness coach) gives me time to reflect on what I have contol of and how I might improve my life. When I started this journey at Lifestream, I couldn't imagine the benefits I have attained from this experience. Thank you Jenny and Elmer for all you have done for me and my loved ones.
