CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% deposit will be collected at time of booking. If you cannot make your appointment, please give us AT LEAST 24 hours' notice. No Call/No Show or less than 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment will result in the full payment of services being retained. If you use a package or a gift certificate toward your service purchase, you will lose the amount applied toward the appointment if you no show or late cancel.
