First of all, it is extremely easy to book an appointment either in Waukee or Urbandale. I just went to the Waukee location for the first time and I found it easier to navigate. Second, the facility is very quiet and clean. This was my first time with Raven and she is great! It was so relaxing and she was always in tune with what felt painful. She has tiny hands but hte are magical!
