About Sugar River Migraine Relief

I’m Amanda, licensed massage therapist and owner of Sugar River Migraine Relief.

I specialize in the relief of headaches, neck, and upper body pain as I know first-hand what it is like to suffer from persistent headaches.  I also know just how debilitating chronic pain can be in your daily life. Massage and reiki have provided me with a great deal of relief from those afflictions, and it is my goal to deliver the same comfort to you.

Amanda made me feel comfortable, even before the massage, I felt like I was talking to someone who understood the pain I was feeling, and that it wasnt all "in my head". Amanda listened to my symptoms and my concerns, and I felt heard. I did feel some minor discomfort a couple of days after, which i understand is normal, but also relief. Besides waking up with a little bit of a stiff neck (which didnt last long) The day after was the least pain I have been in for a while. I look forward to working with Amanda, to help me manage and relieve my pain in the future. Definitely the best experience I have had in self care.
