I became interested in Massage Therapy about 10 years ago. Massage quickly became fascinating to me because it gave me the ability to help people. I realized that with my help, my clients are able to achieve more in their lives, physically. This serves as a constant reminder as to why I love my job being a massage Therapist.

My experiences at Strata are always professional, supportive, healing and restorative. Alyssa is highly knowledgeabe and focused on applying the right techniques to address the problem-there is no one size fits all approach. I book Alyssa for the muscle soreness and stiffness that accompanies daily strength training and for my post-op recovery from shoulder surgery. She is sensitive to client needs and asks the right questions to help you get the most out of your session. And the packages of 3, 6, or 9 massages are always priced well and a reminder to make massage a part of health maintenance.
