Cancellation and No-Show Policy
A $40 charge will apply for late cancellations made within 24 hours before your appointment. There will be a full-service charge for late cancellations from the second occurrence and for all no-shows. We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment earlier to avoid being charged. Please pay your fee before your next appointment.
Zero-tolerance Policy
At Stony Point Massage, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior from clients during massage sessions. Any such behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the massage session.
