 I have been a massage and bodywork therapist for over 14 years, and my focus is blending techniques to create a tailored session for my clients. I specialize in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and deep tissue work. I also provide 2nd and 3rd trimester prenatal massage, and both external and internal work for TMJ disorder. My approach is all about calming the nervous system while using effective, targeted techniques to reduce chronic pain and improve posture. Whether you’re looking to melt away stress or address long-standing tension, we can create a session that supports your wants and needs.

Available add-ons include aromatherapy, sugar scrubs, aromatherapy scalp massage and full body exfoliations.
