I can say I will not be returning to SouthWest Therapeutic after the experience I had. To begin with the massage started late for no good reason. There was a cluster at the front desk with no apparent organization. I wasn’t greeted upon walking in and stood around for a while before someone asked if I was a new patient and had me fill out a form and then I stood around some more when it was finished. Upon leaving I had to bring up my Groupon info again despite having given it to them on the phone when setting up the appointment. I also don’t like repeatedly seeing signs and being asked to tip.

Russ gives a 5 star massage every time! He listens to my problem areas and even took time to teach me some stretches after the massage. I can't say enough good things about him. Do yourself a favor and book with him! You won't regenerate it.
