5/23/26 - Update:  I have good news for you my dear clients and friends, after taking some time to process the loss of my life partner to cancer, I will be re-opening for bookings with appointments available or or after 6/1/2026. 

In addition, there will be a change to my booking policies regarding Trillium OHP clients. While I'm happy to report that I will be accepting Trillium OHP MEDICAID insurance, I'm going to be limiting these appointments to 1 hour sessions, unless your situation clearly requires a 90 minute manual therapy session. If you feel that you fall into the category of needing 90 minute sessions due to your specific issues, please contact me as I'll be evaluating such requests on a case by case basis. We may require a doctor's referral to make sure Trillium will cover these sessions. In addition, I ask that Trillium OHP clients book a maximum of one session per calendar week, so that I may serve the maximum amount of clients. Again, if you believe your situation requires more frequent or longer sessions, reach out to me and I'll evaluate on a case by case basis. You can reach me by text/call at 541.953.2813. Non-OHP insurance clients may continue to book 90 and 120 minute sessions as before.

As a massage therapist, yoga teacher and former competitive gymnast I’ve developed a strong intuition, based on education and experience, about the needs of a body in motion. My treatments are therapeutically effective in relieving headaches and migraines, speeding the healing of muscular injuries, relieving pain and stress,  increasing freedom of movement throughout the body and more. After your session, if appropriate, I will suggest follow up stretches or exercises that will help you maintain the benefits of your massage.
