Welcome to JYFL: Joyful Living! Sim has helped people overcome their barriers to fitness and health since 2006. He is a licensed Massage Therapist, Health and Fitness Coach, RYT-500 Yoga Instructor and Life Coach. He has taught in places such as the Omega Institute in New York and Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Costa Rica.
Simeon's gifts as a Massage Therapist has brought him to practice at Hospicare, The Cancer Resource Center, Cornell Men's Tennis Team and a variety of private clients.
