90 minute Introductory Trager session

Try a 90 minute Trager session for only $90. This is an incredible opportunity to try this modality (savings of $45)! The Trager Approach uses gentle rhythmic rocking and stretching to leave you feeling lighter and looser. It helps to teach your body what it feels like to be truly relaxed. The client remains clothed during the session and should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing appropriate for stretching. Sessions are with Dennis Nielsen, LMT who is certified in the Trager Approach.
