Shannon Dye Massage Therapy is bodywork studio located in downtown Boise, specializing in trauma informed Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Structural Integration. With almost 10 years of bodywork experience, we are passionate about enhancing health and wellness through nervous system regulation , somatic awareness, and bodywork.

I had a fantastic therapeutic massage with Shannon. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable with her warm, kind, and calming presence in her relaxing studio. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand where I was experiencing pain, explaining everything in a way that helped me feel relaxed and supported. The session itself was wonderful — one of the best I’ve had — and I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely cared for. I would not use again. Didn't really feel like a massage at all. I had asked for neck, shoulders and back and didn't really spend time on those areas.
