About Serene Strength Massage

I focus on the areas of Orthopedic and Sports massage, but my techniques help a wide range of individuals. My massage style is targeted and unique to each individual, because no two bodies are the same. I believe that pain is there for a reason, and it's my job to figure out what it is trying to say. The pain isn't always where the problem is, which is why my approach won't only focus on the area of pain. I strive to uncover where a problem may have originated, in addition to treating the symptoms of the problem. I use a variety of techniques to achieve results and combine my knowledge as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Licensed Massage therapist to create the best outcomes for my clients.
