Cancellation, No show, and Reschedule Policy:
To avoid any cancellations or No Shows, there is a prepayment required to book. There will be no refunds if missed appointment. If late to appointment, session will be cut short. If needing to reschedule, please call, text to reschedule appointment within 24 hrs. Same day cancellations are able to reschedule with a $30 reschedule fee. This fee will cover our employees lost time.

Here at SelfLove Wellness Spa, we recommend self-care to our clients. Whether clients are in pain, in need of a good stretch, or just needing to relax after a hard day of work. First off, I scheduled this session right before I boarded my 1.5 hr flight to El Paso; it was so easy to schedule with Danielle over the phone. Had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Britney at the Boeing location, and it was exactly what I needed after getting off a flight. She was very polite & knowledgeable, started off gentle & really dug in for my trouble spots. Felt like I got hit by a bus in the best way possible 😅. I will definitely be back whenever I’m back in El Paso!!!!! 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience! I had a facial cleansing at this spa, and it was beyond my expectations. The atmosphere was so relaxing, clean, and peaceful — exactly what you need to unwind. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, explaining every step and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. My skin feels fresh, smooth, and glowing! I could see the difference immediately. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants real results and a wonderful self-care experience.
