Cancellation, No show, and Reschedule Policy:
To avoid any cancellations or No Shows, there is a prepayment required to book. There will be no refunds if missed appointment. If late to appointment, session will be cut short. If needing to reschedule, please call, text to reschedule appointment within 24 hrs. Same day cancellations are able to reschedule with a $30 reschedule fee. This fee will cover our employees lost time.

The spa looked clean and was nicely decorated. I did not spend much time in the common area as I went to the bathroom and to the massage room. Massage room was dimly lit and welcoming. At the end of the massage, a bright light was turned on w/o warning. As a customer, this can be pretty startling. For future sessions, I would leave the bright lights off and just use words to communicate that the session has ended.
