First Treatment-New Clients

I aim to find the root of my clients pain and hypertonicity. I support the L.G.B.T.Q.I.A .+. community. I enjoy working with other therapists and people that want to see change, people who are open minded to daily self-care. I bring an awareness to your body, with guided deep breathing to enhance your mind body connection. I intently listen to my clients needs. I believe communication off and on the table is important- I will check in with pressure often and request my clients do the same. My clients often find increased mobility. My clients often have a realization that their body is capable of more than they had once thought. Age doesn't have to define your bodies ability to move and be pain free. I can help decrease pain of restricted focus areas and assess your body mechanics from head to toe. I work with you to improve posture and mobility though postural analysis and bodywork. Lets set a goal for your treatment and make a self-care plan together. I want my clients to see improvement and reap the benefits of massage after every appointment with me.  hide
