About Sandra Cook, LMT
I have an integrative approach to massage, using techniques from different modalities to achieve the results clients are looking for. I believe in a client-centered, team based approach where we discuss goals and outcomes for each session. In addition to traditional techniques such as Swedish,  Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, I also incorporate Himalayan Hot Stones and  Massage Cupping as needed or requested.

I have been going to see Sandra once a month for over 2 years now and so happy. When I first started she took time to find what was best for my body and always ask if anything needs extra attention when I schedule appointments. Her space is very relaxing and love that I can schedule ahead online. A few months ago I was having shoulder pain and after working on it for a few sessions she said it was probably something I should seek out PT for. I really appreciated the extra care that she took in knowing what would be best for my body to heal appropriately. If you are looking for a new therapist, Sandra is the one.
