I have an integrative approach to massage, using techniques from different modalities to achieve the results clients are looking for. I believe in a client-centered, team based approach where we discuss goals and outcomes for each session. In addition to traditional techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, I also incorporate Himalayan Hot Stones and Massage Cupping as needed or requested.

Sandra is incredible. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has a deep understanding of muscle anatomy and strikes the perfect balance between explaining what she’s working on and allowing quiet time to fully relax. Easily the best massage I’ve ever had!
