About Sabai Sabai Health & Wellness

Sabai Sabai Health & Wellness was established in 2020 by Maurice and Namphueng “Poo” McKay.

Poo has been a massage therapist since 2010, when she graduated from the Chetawan Traditional Thai (CTT) Massage School in Wat Po Bangkok Thailand. Since then she has attended massage courses at Watpo Thai Traditional Medical and Ayuravate Association in 2011, the Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society in 2015, and Arizona School of Integrated Studies (ASIS) in 2019/2020 where she completed 800 hours of hands on training.

Very good. I had pain in my rotator cuff and ribs and Poo helped those areas and focused on those areas and I came out feeling so much better. I did the deep tissue to really get those knots taken out and it was amazing. I’ve been booking with Poo since she opened her practice. She’s great! Highly recommend going to her for relaxation or pain management.
