About Sabai Sabai Health & Wellness

Sabai Sabai Health & Wellness was established in 2020 by Maurice and Namphueng “Poo” McKay.

Poo has been a massage therapist since 2010, when she graduated from the Chetawan Traditional Thai (CTT) Massage School in Wat Po Bangkok Thailand. Since then she has attended massage courses at Watpo Thai Traditional Medical and Ayuravate Association in 2011, the Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society in 2015, and Arizona School of Integrated Studies (ASIS) in 2019/2020 where she completed 800 hours of hands on training.

Yessica is nice and she’s good with the pressure for a deep tissue, however, she’s a bit too fast paced when she gives massage, especially for a two hour massage, just slow down a bit and take your time, there’s no need to rush when doing a two hour massage. Myofascial release should be nice and steadily paced.
