  • Certified Massage Therapist

  • Certified KT Practitioner 

  • Treat clients in a professional setting

  • Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used.

  • Confer with clients about their medical histories and problems with stress or pain to determine how massage will be most helpful.

  • Provide clients with guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises.

  • Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance.

  • Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body.

  • Refer clients to other types of therapists when necessary.

Amazing how good Sandra is at finding and working out the knots and tight spots. I experience improved flexibility and decreased pain after a session. Sandra is kind and professional. I get so much out of an hour with her that I have made regular monthly sessions a priority!

Scheduling is not very user-friendly. But Sandra has very good skills. The room is very is quite sterile. I would go back to her because she did very good neck work but it was quite painful because I had a lot of inflammation
