I would recommend Keith to anyone who needs help with minor pain or major adjustments. He is extremely knowledgeable about where you're hurting. I belive that by Keith asking you where you're hurting, is just a courtesy. He could most likely tell just by you walking through the door, then by applying his magic hands on you problem areas. He is extremely respectful to your needs and is very professional. He has never massaged me the same way twice. Nothing generic here. He knows exactly what you need. One session is not enough. My muscles took years getting all knotted up. I clean houses for a living. My back, neck, arms and legs needed more than a twice a year visit. Now I see Keith monthly. I feel so relaxed after I leave my 90 minutes session with Keith every month. My muscles feel lose and i can strech farther after a session. I wish I could do a biweekly. For those of you who think 90 minutes is too long... it's not. And you'll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, and tell yourself... wow, that was totally worth it.
