Rest Day has the everyday person in mind.
Whether you’re an athlete, laborer, desk jockey or someone who wants to keep up with your grandkids, I want to help you be your best. Every client will need something different during their time at Rest Day. We will work together to establish a plan that adapts to your needs for each individual session. By using different Swedish-based techniques that are personalized to your unique needs.  My goal is that each session will help my clients achieve whatever outcome they are looking for, whether it be recovery, pain relief, relaxation, or all three.Â
