Seemed either really inexperienced or really nervous. When she first put her hands on me they were ICE COLD. OMG, really? When I first got there she talked nonstop. Finally, she asked me whether I preferred to talk during the massage or have it quiet. I chose the latter and she didn’t say a word. So, ok, but when I asked for more or less pressure, or to focus on a specific area, she still did not say a word even to acknowledge my request. Every other massage therapist I have visited has at least given me a verbal acknowledgment of request I made. I gave her three stars because overall the massage was relaxing. She just needs more training in her bedside manner and concern for the comfort of her clients.
