Emily did a great job. We were having a specific issue, and she was knowledgeable about how to address it. This was definitely a healing style massage (as opposed to the feel good). It was just what we needed!

It's clear Emily knows what she's doing and knows how to listen to your body and what it needs. My experience was relaxing, and she also alleviated some back pain. She even gave me tips on things I can do at home to help aches and sore muscles. If you're thinking about getting a massage, I'd highly recommend Emily!

Emily is the best! She took the time to figure out what my issues were and collaborated with me on the best course of action. She went above and beyond with some at home stretches I could do. It amazed me how she found where I was in pain and she knew exactly how much pressure to apply. I would highly recommend!!
