From the communication ahead of time to Taylor's incredible massage (in the coolest exposed brick space!), I felt at ease and welcome... especially as a plus size person. They had clearly read my intake form and knew what I was there for, and went right to work on my problem areas. I haven't felt this good in over a year!!! The dry sauna and self-care room after was amazing, too.
